Jennifer Mendoza

Jennifer Mendoza is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in operations and people management. Currently serving as Manager of Human Resources Operations at Pariveda since January 2023, Jennifer previously held senior roles at KOHO, including Senior People Partner, where responsibilities included data analysis related to employee engagement and implementing HR policies. Jennifer’s career also features significant contributions at Later, where as People & Operations Manager, they developed and scaled HR programs and managed onboarding for over 150 employees. Experience at QuickTapSurvey and Upsight further solidified Jennifer’s expertise in office management, employee support, and organizational culture. Jennifer holds multiple degrees, including a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Simon Fraser University and currently pursues a Certificate in Intro to Data Analytics from Lighthouse Labs.
