Koen Gulen

Koen has over 20 years of experience in the international business and banking world, with a specific focus on technology and media. Before joining Park 56, he was a member of the Executive Team at Springer Nature, a leading international media company with a turnover of more than €1.5 billion and more than 9,000 employees worldwide. Koen was responsible for company-wide financial planning and analyses. He gained in-depth knowledge of the cash flows of technology and media companies and was responsible for preparing a major merger, several private equity exits and numerous M&A deals. After Springer Nature, Koen joined Brill, a listed academic publisher, as Head of M&A and Post-merger Integration .
