Chet Russell is currently the Information Technology Manager at Park Avenue Center. Prior to this, Chet held various managerial roles at companies such as Staples and Office Max. Chet holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a Security Emphasis from Western Governors University, as well as Associate's degrees in Information Technology specializing in Networking and Web & Software Development from Northwood Technical College.
