Maya Jamil is currently working as a Teacher at Park Avenue Synagogue and as a Library Assistant at The Jewish Theological Seminary. Previously, Maya worked as a Manager at KCI Food Pantry. Maya is currently pursuing their education at Columbia University and The Jewish Theological Seminary.

Park Avenue Synagogue (PAS) is one of the largest Conservative congregations in North America.
