Melissa Kempner is the Co-Founder and Head of Learning & Admissions at EarlyBird Consulting_NYC. Melissa is also the Founder of Learning by Melissa, a private tutoring company for children aged 2-2nd grade. With a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Special and General Education from Bank Street College of Education, Melissa has experience as a Teaching Associate at Park Avenue Synagogue and as a Student Teacher at The Parkside School and NYC Department of Education. Melissa also worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Woodmont Day Camp. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology & Political Science from Tulane University.

Located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, the synagogue includes a staff of more than 160 talented individuals, who together with our world-class clergy team, serve a membership of over 1,700 households.
