Ken Lammersfeld has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Ken began their career at Bank One in 1993, where they held roles as a Sales and Service Manager and later as a Branch Manager. In 2005, they joined Associated Bank as a District Manager. From 2008 to 2015, Ken worked at Baylake Bank as the Chief Strategy and Development Officer, overseeing various departments. In 2016, they joined Marian University of Fond du Lac as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching courses in finance, management, leadership, organizational behavior, and strategic planning. Currently, Ken serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Park Bank - Madison, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Chief Strategy and Development Officer at the same company from 2016 to 2022.
Ken Lammersfeld obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration in General Management from the Marian University of Fond du Lac from 2001 to 2004. Ken then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Quality from the same university, completing it from 2005 to 2007.
