Brett Rimmer

Brett Rimmer is a seasoned engineering and maintenance professional with extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Engineering Night Shift Manager and previously as the Engineering Shift Manager at Park Cake Bakeries since March 2016, Brett has contributed to the company's successful product range, including notable items for major brands such as Marks & Spencer. Prior to Park Cake Bakeries, Brett worked as the Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Taylors the Bakers 2011 Ltd, where the focus was on producing quality breads and muffins for leading supermarket chains in the U.K. Additional experience includes roles as a Multi Skilled Shift Maintenance Manager at Communisis plc and a Senior Field Service Engineer at Letterpress & Litho Services. Brett is actively pursuing further education with multiple qualifications in HACCP and Food Safety from Highfield Qualifications, among other training.
