William Elkus is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a member and board advisor at Park City Angels since June 2021, Elkus also holds the position of founder and managing director at Clearstone Venture Partners since September 1997 and serves as a venture partner at Structural Capital Partners since July 2014. Elkus had a significant tenure as board member and board chair at USC Annenberg School for Communications and Journalism from January 2012 to September 2019 and was the CEO of Nathan Todd & Company from 1982 to 1997, providing wealth management and investment advisory services. Early in the career, Elkus worked as a manager and consultant at Boston Consulting Group from 1977 to 1982. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, a Master of Science in Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

The Park City Angels are a group of 50+ accredited investors located in Park City, Utah. We look to invest in promising opportunities that can produce significant shareholder return. The active lifestyle of Park City has attracted many dynamic and successful business leaders that have deep experience in building world class businesses. We facilitate unique, high-caliber networking and development forums for angel investors and mentors involved in early-stage investment. Mission Our mission is to promote best practice in order to reduce risk in early-stage investments for the benefit of entrepreneurs, investors and the community. Focus PCA typically invests in companies with pre-money valuations in the range of $5M - $50M, but we occasionally consider opportunities that are outside this range.
