Zach Olson is an accomplished entrepreneur and advisor with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor at Nodify and as Founder & CEO of Treads, an innovative AI-powered car management subscription service, Zach focuses on enhancing car ownership experiences and improving road safety. As a member of Park City Angels and a mentor for Campus Founders Fund, Zach is actively involved in supporting emerging businesses. Previously, Zach held key leadership roles, including Managing Director and Founder & CEO of KPMG Spark, where Bookly, a bookkeeping service for small businesses, was created and later acquired by KPMG. Zach co-founded PCS, a prominent tax firm, and established SOHO Skatelab, a specialty retailer in skateboarding goods. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Penn State University and programs in entrepreneurship and business scaling from Wharton Online.

The Park City Angels are a group of 50+ accredited investors located in Park City, Utah. We look to invest in promising opportunities that can produce significant shareholder return. The active lifestyle of Park City has attracted many dynamic and successful business leaders that have deep experience in building world class businesses. We facilitate unique, high-caliber networking and development forums for angel investors and mentors involved in early-stage investment. Mission Our mission is to promote best practice in order to reduce risk in early-stage investments for the benefit of entrepreneurs, investors and the community. Team Our members are drawn from private groups, including investors and mentors who are interested in supporting and/or financing early-stage ventures. Our members have in common a strong desire, willingness, and capability to support ventures. We invest in areas where we believe our group can be a true value-added investor. Within our group is an environment where self help and camaraderie predominate, and where members can develop confidence in their early-stage investment skills. Focus PCA typically invests in companies with pre-money valuations in the range of $5M - $50M, but we occasionally consider opportunities that are outside this range.
