Amy Gilmore

Amy Gilmore has extensive experience in various customer service and management roles within the financial and retail sectors. Starting as an Assistant Manager at Wet Seal, LLC, from 2000 to 2005, Amy developed strong customer service and operational skills. This foundational experience was further enhanced as an Assistant Branch Manager at Peoples Community Bank and later as a member of the Investment Management Liaison Group at Northern Trust Corporation, where Amy managed complex investment queries. Subsequently, Amy served as a Customer Service Representative at Fifth Third Bank, before taking time as a Stay At Home Mother from 2011 to 2016. Since March 2016, Amy has been contributing to Park Community Credit Union in Support Operations, utilizing a strong background in customer service and operational efficiency. Amy holds a High School Diploma from Father Stephen T Badin High School and attended Ball State University.
