Rachel Effinger

Rachel Effinger is a seasoned professional in the financial sector with a strong background in commercial lending and credit analysis. Currently serving as the Commercial Loan Operations Manager at Park Community Credit Union since August 2017, Rachel has previously held roles including Commercial Underwriter at the same institution and Credit Analyst at The Bankers' Bank of Kentucky, where responsibilities encompassed financial analysis for various loan types and credit opportunity discussions.
