Dr. Stephanie Jacobs

Dr. Stephanie Jacobs, DNP, RN, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Park DuValle Community Health Center, Inc., overseeing clinical services at seven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) sites since March 2023. Additionally, Dr. Jacobs is an Adjunct Instructor at Galen College of Nursing, providing instruction in Med Surge Clinical and Fundamentals for LPN nursing students. Previous roles include Health Services Administrator and Regional Director of Nursing at Wellpath, Assistant Executive Director at LHC Group/Norton Home Health, and various nursing leadership positions at LHC Group/Caretenders, Kentucky Correctional Institute for Women, Robley Rex VA Medical Center, and Active Day Adult Daycare. Dr. Jacobs holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Northern Kentucky University, a Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University.
