Varun Jha has over 15 years of experience in healthcare operations management, starting as a Front Office Executive at Fortis Healthcare in 2007 and working their way up to their current role as Deputy General Manager Operations at Park Group of Hospitals. Along the way, Varun has held various positions including Duty Manager at Max Healthcare, Team Leader at Matrix Processing House, and Facility Manager at Palika Vinayak Hospital. Varun has a strong track record of developing and implementing SOPs, ensuring patient satisfaction, and cultivating efficient and safe environments in healthcare facilities.
