Candice Lai

Candice Lai is an experienced professional in event planning and hospitality management, currently serving as the Event Planning Manager at Park Hyatt Aviara Resort Golf Club & Spa since August 2022. Prior roles include Group Sales & Events Manager at Lakehouse Hotel and Resort and President of Carrillo PTO, Inc., where Candice also held the position of VP of Family Events. Additional experience includes a tenure as Hospitality Manager at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and various roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as Lead Mixologist & Fine Dining Bartender. Candice's career began with freelance writing for Nevada Magazine. Candice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
