Valerie Shelton has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Valerie began their career as a Features Editor at The Collegian in 2009, followed by an Editorial Internship at Fresno Magazine. Valerie then worked as a Library Aide at Fresno County Library and as an Editorial Assistant at HiS Magazine in 2011. Valerie joined Mid Valley Publishing as an Editor in 2011, where they edited content for three weekly newspapers. In 2014, Valerie became self-employed and worked as a Freelance Writer, handling various writing projects and responsibilities including copywriting, editing, and managing social media accounts. Valerie later served as an Editor at Clovis Roundup, where they wrote City News and feature articles. Valerie worked as a Reporter at The Business Journal from 2016 to 2017 before taking up the role of a Freelance Writer at Park Lane Jewelry.
