C. Daniel Delawder

Mr. DeLawder has been a director at The Park National Bank since 1992, was chairman of the board from January 2005 through April 2019, and chief executive officer from January 1999 through December 2013. He was chairman of the Park National Corporation board from January 2005 through April 2019, chief executive officer from January 1999 through December 2013, and director since 1994. Mr. DeLawder has been chairman of The Park National Bank and Park National Corporation Executive Committees since January 2014. Previously, Mr. DeLawder was the president of Park National Bank and Park National Corporation from 1994 to 2004 and Fairfield National Bank, division of The Park National Bank from 1985 to 1992.
