Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for almost 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton.

We are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team on a 8 month co-op basis. This opportunity is open to current post secondary students. You will be responsible to provide administrative, job costing and revenue support to the Contracts team. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to scanning, tracking of documents, and completing the invoicing process by billing progress claims. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the contract administration process, including document control, invoices, and process manual.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract requirements
  • Monitor and track contract performance and deliverables
  • Collaborate with contracts team with special projects as required.
