Joann Alvarez

Joann Alvarez has been serving as a Warranty Administrator at Park Place Motocars and Park Place Dealerships since June 1986. In this role, Joann is responsible for processing Mercedes Benz warranty claims, including those for new and pre-owned vehicles, as well as transportation claims. Additional responsibilities include performing accounting functions, managing special cases, creating journal vouchers, and reconciling funds across multiple accounts.
