Karim Chagani is an experienced professional in gerontology and community services, currently serving as a Person-Centric Facilitator for Older Adults at the Burnaby Association for Community Inclusion since June 2023. With a long-standing role as a Community Coordinator at Park Place Seniors Living, Inc. since April 2012, Karim works collaboratively with healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of life for diverse older adults and supports family caregivers navigating dementia challenges.
