Kathy Nduwayo

Kathy Nduwayo has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kathy started their career as a nurse at Lions Gate Hospital and worked there for over 12 years. Kathy then transitioned into a role as an Assistant Director of Care at Broadway Pentecostal Care Centre before becoming the Director of Care at Belvedere Care Centre. After that, they served as the Administrator and Site Leader at Cartier House Care Centre. In 2014, they joined Vital Learning and Consulting as a Consultant and Public Speaker. In their most recent position, Kathy worked at Park Place Seniors Living, Inc. as a Quality Consultant and then advanced to the role of Vice President of Operations. Overall, Kathy's experience spans from nursing to management and quality consulting in the healthcare sector.

From 2020 to 2022, Kathy Nduwayo attended Royal Roads University where they pursued a Master of Arts in Leadership in Health (MALH). This was their field of study during their time at the university.
