Jake Babineau

Jake Babineau has a diverse work experience. Jake started their career at Olympia Sports in 2003, where they held the roles of Manager and Manager Trainee. Jake was responsible for project management, staff hiring and training, and successfully managed their own location for a year and a half. In 2016, they joined Park Place Technologies, initially working as a Support Center Manager. Jake developed and implemented objectives for the Support Center, conducted resource planning, and analyzed statistics and metrics. Jake later advanced to the role of Senior Manager, Support Center, and is currently serving as Director Global Support, starting in January 2023.

Jake Babineau is currently attending the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management. Jake is expected to complete their studies in 2024. Prior to their current education, Jake attended the New England Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Game Development and Programming Simulation, specializing in C++ Programming and 2D/3D Modeling and Design.
