Network Operations

The Network Operations team at Park Region Telephone ensures the reliability and efficiency of telephone, internet, and TV services in West-Central Minnesota. They manage network infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, oversee system upgrades, and maintain seamless communication operations. Team members include the Network Help Desk, Network Administrator, Network Operations Manager, Network Engineer, and Central Office Engineer.
