Monica Werling is an experienced architectural professional with a diverse background in design, project management, and education. Currently serving as an Architectural Coordinator at Park Square Homes since May 2014 and as a CAD Specialist at Monta Consulting & Design, Monica has a strong focus on developing architectural and engineering designs. Previous roles include Part-Time CAD Technician at Brian Werling Architect, Assistant Project Manager at Lindemann Bentzon Bojack, and Division Project Manager at MI Homes, showcasing expertise in code compliance, drafting, and client management. Monica also contributed to architectural education as a teacher at South Lake High School. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and a certification as an Energy Gauge Rater from the Florida Solar Energy Center.
