Nick Louloudis

Nick Louloudis currently serves as the Architectural & Permitting Manager at Park Square Homes, a position held since November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Design and Project Manager at Monta Consulting & Design of WMR and Associates from April 2012 to November 2022, and as Senior CAD Drafter at B&A Design Studio, Inc. from April 2006 to December 2010. Nick began a career in the construction industry as an Apprentice Electrician at Tri-City Electrical Contractors, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. Nick holds three Associate’s Degrees from Valencia College, earned in Architecture, Building Construction Technology, and CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology between 2003 and 2012.
