Brad Biles has extensive work experience in communications, public relations, and media relations. Brad started their career as a Videographer for KOAM-TV in 1989 and later worked as an Associate at AT&T. Brad then served as a Videographer for KCTV and held the role of Sports Editor/Writer/Copyeditor at Chieftain-Sentinel Publications. Brad also worked as a Statistics Editor for the Kansas City Star and as a Communication Coordinator for Shawnee Mission Medical Center. Brad was later employed by Ascend Media as an Editor before joining Park University as the Director of Communications and Public Relations. Additionally, Brad has been involved with the American Legion Boys State of Kansas, where they held positions as a Media Relations Counselor/Advisor and as the Media Relations Director.

Brad Biles received their H.S. Diploma in College Prep from Bonner Springs High School in 1984. Brad then attended Johnson County Community College from 1984 to 1988, where they did not receive a degree but pursued a general field of study. From 1984 to 1988, they also attended Kansas City Kansas Community College, though no degree is specified. Finally, Brad received a B.A. in Communications from Pittsburg State University from 1988 to 1992.
