Crystal H. has work experience in various companies starting from 2005 up until 2017. Crystal was an Administrative Assistant for the Vice President at G4S from March 2005 to March 2008. Crystal then worked at Southwest Construction Service as an Office Manager from January 2008 to September 2017. Finally, they became the Payroll Compliance Manager at Park West Companies starting in August 2017.

Crystal H. started their education in 2004 at Saddleback College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Interior Design, which they completed in 2006. After a gap in their education, they returned to Saddleback College in 2012 and completed a Real Estate Appraisal Certification in 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Crystal attended Saddleback College again and earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Criminology. Crystal'seducational journey continued at California State University, Fullerton, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Investigations from 2016 to 2019.
