Kirby Mathéus has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kirby started their career in 2008 as a Security Officer at Weiser Security Services, Inc. In 2009, they worked as an Accounts Assistant at Asset Campus Housing before being promoted to Accounts Manager in 2010. In 2013, Kirby became the Interim General Manager at Asset Campus Housing before transitioning to the role of Recruit at the Pat Thomas Law Enforcement Academy at Florida Public Safety Institute. In the same year, they joined Park7 Group as a Bookkeeper and later became a Bookkeeper Trainer. From 2016 until 2021, Kirby worked as the Corporate Accounts Payable Manager and Trainer for Park7 Group, responsible for training new Bookkeepers and Property Managers and improving operational efficiency. Additionally, Kirby served as a Security Officer for CSC - Contemporary Services Corporation from 2012 to 2014. Since 2014, they have worked as a Deputy Sheriff at the Wakulla County Sheriff's Office, where they promote a safe environment, provides law enforcement services, and supports community events. Currently, Kirby holds the position of Director of Property Administration at Park7 Group, a role they started in September 2021.

Kirby Mathéus has a diverse education history, starting with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from Florida State University, which was obtained from 2007 to 2009. In 2005 to 2007, they attended Edison State Community College and earned an Associate in Arts degree in Criminal Justice. Additionally, in 2013, Kirby obtained a State Certification in Law Enforcement from Tallahassee Community College.
