Shannon Nicole

Shannon Nicole has extensive experience in business development and education, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Parkbench.com since November 2020, where the platform aggregates neighborhood information for users. Prior to this role, Shannon held various positions at Blue Butterfly Montessori, including Sales Development Team Lead and Substitute Teacher, and at The Montessori Country School as an Educational Assistant responsible for lesson planning and staff training. Shannon also has a retail background as a Store Manager at Suzy Shier, overseeing daily operations and employee training. Additional experience includes roles as a Medical Office Receptionist at Pickering Optometric Clinic and as an Executive Assistant at Phoenix Counselling, focusing on administrative support. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Queen's University and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from St. Lawrence College, along with studies in Social Work at Seneca Polytechnic.
