Mhr Karen Menting

Karen Menting, MHR, has a significant background in HR with experience in various roles and companies. Karen started their career in 1998 as an HR Manager at PriceSmart and held this position until 2001. From 2001 to 2009, they worked at McDonald's Corporation, where they served as an HR Consultant from 2001 to 2005 and then as an HR Manager from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, they joined McDonald's as an HR Director and remained in that role until 2016. Currently, they are the VP of HR at Parkdale Mills, Inc. where they started as a Director of Human Resources in 2016 and was later promoted to their current position.

Karen Menting, MHR has a diverse education history that includes both formal degrees and specialized certifications. In 1993, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad APEC. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Masters degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo, which they successfully completed in 1999. Continuing their education, Menting acquired a certification as a Certified Trainer in Crucial Conversations from VitalSmarts in 2019.
