Ethan Waters

Ethan Waters is an experienced professional in the sports and leisure industry, currently serving as the Sports and Leisure Supervisor at Parkdean Resorts since August 2024. Previously, Ethan held the position of Hub Officer at the Welsh Rugby Union from October 2023 to September 2024. Ethan's journey at Parkdean Resorts began in February 2019 as an Activity and Leisure Team Member, progressing to Activity and Leisure Supervisor, and subsequently to Assistant Sports & Leisure Manager before assuming the current supervisory role. Additional experience includes a Rugby Development Apprenticeship at the Welsh Rugby Union from August 2018 to August 2019. Ethan holds a degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Cardiff Metropolitan University, obtained between 2019 and 2022.
