Matt Edwards BSc (Hons) is an experienced professional in IT service delivery and telecommunications, currently serving as Head of Service Delivery at Parkdean Resorts since January 2021, following roles as IT Service Delivery Manager and Deputy Unified Communications Manager. Prior to Parkdean Resorts, Matt held positions at ITPS from November 2013 to January 2021 as a UC Engineer, focusing on Mitel MiVoice Connect systems, contact centers, and IVR design. Matt's earlier experience includes work as a Field Engineer at Incom Business Systems Ltd and Norwest Digital Telecommunications, where responsibilities included installation and support of phone systems. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Computing and IT from The Open University between 2012 and 2019.
