Pete Stedman

Pete Stedman is an accomplished professional in the entertainment and leisure industry, with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Head of On Park Experience at Parkdean Resorts since December 2016, Pete is responsible for developing and delivering innovative holiday packages and entertainment across 67 UK destinations, leading a team of over 500 individuals. Prior to this role, Pete held various positions at Park Resorts Ltd., including Entertainment Executive, where responsibilities included managing customer experience at 48 holiday parks. Previous experience includes roles at TUI Travel PLC as Entertainment Operations & Development Manager, and as Entertainment Producer at Openwide International Ltd., specializing in cruise ship and hotel entertainment. Pete began the career as Entertainment Manager at Haven Holidays and completed education at Hundred of Hoo School 6th Form from 1991 to 1993.
