Susan Lenox

Susan Lenox, CAMS, currently serves as an Internal Auditor and Interim BSA Officer/BSA Manager at Parke Bank since February 2018. In this role, Susan has developed and managed the bank’s BSA Program, improved compliance policies, and reported on BSA compliance to the Board of Directors. Responsibilities include managing a BSA department of over 10 employees, conducting training, and ensuring adherence to banking regulations such as BSA and the USA Patriot Act. Prior to Parke Bank, Susan held positions at Smart Financial Credit Union, including Assistant Vice President - Loss Mitigation, and managed a team as Risk Manager/Risk Analyst. Their career began at Smart Financial Credit Union in various branch staff roles. Susan holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
