James Wood

James Wood has significant experience in the electrical field, working in various roles throughout their career. James started as a Chief Electrician at Marine Drilling in 1990, where they maintained rotating equipment and supervised a team of electricians. James then moved to Global Santa Fe in 1997, where they continued to work as a Chief Electrician, ensuring compliance with the RMS program. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Sr. Electrician at Noble Corp, where they specialized in troubleshooting, instrument technology, and HVAC repairs. James then joined VANTAGE DRILLING as a Chief Electrician, where they also performed the role of a Trouble-Shooter, Instrument Technician, and HVAC Repairman. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Chief Electrician at Foss Maritime Company before joining Danos as an OS electrician in 2017. James then became the Chief Electrician at Parker Drilling Company in 2018 before joining NNSI in 2021 as a Power Distribution installer. Throughout their career, James has demonstrated the ability to locate and resolve recurring electrical problems and has extensive experience in assigning, training, and supervising electricians and other technicians.
