Nick Casoli

Nick Casoli is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Parker Flavors since June 2016. Prior to this role, Nick held various positions at Monroe Energy, LLC from November 2012 to May 2016, including Operations Lead and Refinery Optimization Lead. Earlier in their career, Nick worked at Phillips 66 as a Gulf Coast Gasoline Intermediates Scheduler from December 2011 to October 2012, and at ConocoPhillips from July 2003 to November 2011 in multiple roles such as Gasoline Blender & Supply Coordinator, Distillate Supply Coordinator, Fractionation & Hydrotreating Process Engineer, and FCC & Alkylation Process Engineer. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
