Becky Frolker

Becky Frolker possesses extensive experience in lean management and continuous improvement, having held multiple leadership roles at Parker Hannifin since July 2018, including Division Lean Manager, Plant Lean Manager, and Value Stream Manager. Prior to that, Frolker was with Rotometrics from December 2004 to July 2018, serving as Lean Coordinator and Product Line Manager, among other positions. Earlier experience also includes a consultancy role at Rodan + Fields Dermatologists from July 2014 to October 2017. Frolker earned a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Missouri Baptist University between 2011 and 2014 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Central Methodist College in 2009.
