Chris Richards

Chris Richards is an experienced professional in the fields of business intelligence and analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Global Business Intelligence & Analytics at Parker Hannifin since January 2011, Chris leads the evolution of the company's BI and analytics, CRM, and digital transformation efforts across numerous decentralized operating units with diverse international teams. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at Keithley Instruments, including Global Business Intelligence Manager and Call Center Operations & Database Marketing Manager, where responsibilities included managing sales processes and operations. Chris's career also includes experience as a Field Sales Engineer and Application Engineer at IOtech. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Physics from John Carroll University.
