Paula Lepore

Paula Lepore, PhD, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in managing global projects and technology programs in the oil and gas sector. As the Global Projects Engineering Manager at Parker Hannifin since November 2012, Paula oversees a diverse value stream portfolio, manages a substantial R&D budget, and leads a global team of engineers, technicians, and project managers. Previously, Paula served as Technology Program Manager at GE Oil & Gas, where responsibilities included program management for complex technology initiatives and customer engagement. With earlier roles in R&D and research positions focusing on subsea technology, Paula holds a PhD from the Universidade de São Paulo, specializing in subsea systems.
