Raphaell Rozario Josep

Raphaell Rozario Josep currently serves as the Regional Head of EHS & Sustainability for EMEA at Parker Hannifin since April 2022. Prior to this role, Raphaell held multiple positions at Syngenta, including Regional HSE Manager for Operations in both EMEA and APAC, where responsibilities encompassed the development and implementation of HSE management systems and compliance strategies across numerous business units. Raphaell also served as the HSE Head for South Asia, focusing on strategic support for site managers in HSE policy implementation. Earlier experience includes a role as Environment, Health and Safety Manager at 3M, where Raphaell was responsible for managing EHS systems and providing technical support to plant management. Raphaell holds a BTech degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras, obtained in 2003.
