Raymond Hou

Raymond Hou is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and engineering within the motion control industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Parker Hannifin since July 2005, Raymond oversees the Asia Pacific Operations headquartered in Shanghai, China, managing manufacturing and sales across multiple countries including Japan, Korea, India, and Australia. Prior to this role, Raymond held various positions at John Deere from July 1995 to July 2005, including General Manager of Hyd China Operations and Manager of the John Deere China Engineering Center. Raymond Hou's educational background includes a Master of Science in Hydraulics and Fluid Power Technology from the University of Saskatchewan, a Master of Engineering in Mechatronics, Hydraulics and Automation Engineering, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the Beijing Institute of Technology.
