Tom Raznatovic

Tom Raznatovic is an experienced professional currently serving as the Division Lean & Quality Manager at Parker Hannifin since March 2023. In addition, Tom has been a Professor of Process Quality Engineering at Conestoga College since May 2018. Prior to these roles, Tom held various positions, including Continuous Improvement Leader at ATS Automation from February 2021 to March 2023, Operations Manager at Intellijoint Surgical Inc. from June 2018 to February 2021, and Technical Operations Manager at Aeryon Labs Inc. from September 2015 to June 2018. Tom also worked as an Industrial Performance Engineer at Nestlé Waters North America and a Senior Product Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace. Educationally, Tom earned a Master of Technical Sciences in Industrial Engineering from the University of Novi Sad from 1989 to 1995.
