Zachary Ioli

Zachary Ioli is a skilled professional with experience in labor relations, operations, and HRIS analytics, currently working as a Leadership Development Associate at Parker Hannifin since May 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an HRIS Analyst Intern, where Zachary focused on manufacturing training programs and payroll research. As the owner of RPM Athletic Training, Zachary develops training programs for young athletes while managing client communication. In addition, Zachary has held leadership roles at Delta Tau Delta International Fraternity and served as Secretary for the Consulting Club at Allegheny College, where responsibilities included event planning and local business outreach. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Allegheny College and a High School Diploma from Upper St. Clair School District.
