Steve Norris

Steve Norris has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Steve currently serves as the Learning & Development Management Lead at Parker Hospitality since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager at The Hampton Social from June 2020 to February 2022. Steve also held various roles at Parker Restaurant Group, including Regional Director of Operations from December 2019 to June 2020 and Corporate General Manager from July 2016 to December 2019. Before that, they were the General Manager at The Hampton Social - Burr Ridge from June 2016 to June 2019. Steve has also worked as the Social Media Director at Ocean Pacific Grille from May 2015 to December 2016 and as the Assistant General Manager at LondonHouse Chicago in May 2016. Steve started their career as a Server/Bartender at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar from March 2013 to May 2015, followed by a position as a Server at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group from June 2013 to June 2014. Steve worked as the Head Bartender at Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine from August 2003 to March 2013 and as a Server at Suparossa from December 2000 to August 2003.

Steve Norris attended Downers Grove North HS from 1991 to 1995, where they studied General Studies. From 1996 to 2000, they attended Western Illinois University, majoring in Broadcast Journalism. Steve then went on to study Graphic Design & Photography at Columbia College Chicago from 2002 to 2006.
