Eric Anderson

Eric Anderson is an experienced legal professional specializing in bankruptcy, workouts, financial restructuring, and commercial finance. Currently serving as the Director of the American Bankruptcy Institute since April 2016, Eric has been recognized for membership on its Board of Directors. As a Bankruptcy and Restructuring Partner at Parker Hudson Rainer & Dobbs LLP since January 2002, Eric is dedicated to representing banks, financial institutions, secured asset-based lenders, investors, and other stakeholders in complex financial matters. Prior legal roles include Of Counsel at Paul Hastings and Partner at Powell Goldstein LLP. Eric earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
