Kelley Gass

Kelley Gass is a Partner and Associate Attorney at Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs, where since September 2013, Kelley has specialized in representing national and regional banks and financial institutions in a wide array of secured lending transactions. This role includes experience in documenting, negotiating, and closing single-lender and syndicated revolving and term loan credit facilities, encompassing areas such as asset-based financings and debtor-in-possession financings. Prior to this position, Kelley served as a Summer Associate at the same firm in 2012, supporting various legal fields through research, drafting, and document review. Additional experience includes an internship with the Forsyth County Clerk of Superior Court and a research assistant role at Wake Forest University focusing on healthcare law. Kelley Gass holds a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology from Emory University.
