Matthew Weiss

Matthew Weiss is a partner at Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs LLP, where since September 2019, work has concentrated on representing secured creditors in bankruptcy and restructuring matters within the Bankruptcy Practice Group. Prior experience includes serving as an associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP, focusing on litigation areas such as land use, governmental liability defense, and commercial litigation, as well as a managing associate role at Dentons. Earlier in their career, Matthew Weiss worked as an associate at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP and completed a judicial clerkship for The Hon. Marvin H. Shoob at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Matthew Weiss holds a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from The University of Georgia.
