Janine Pixley

Senior Director, Business Operations & Network Administration at Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy

Janine Pixley, MFA, CFRE currently serves as the Director, Business Operations and Network Administration at PICI. In this role, she works cross functionally across the organization to support the PICI Network and strategic enterprise goals.

Most recently, Pixley served as a Vice President with CCS Fundraising. Prior to CCS, Pixley worked in various fundraising roles with the Theatre Historical Society America, The Public Theater, and Glimmerglass Opera. A decade-plus veteran of nonprofit fundraising, Pixley holds the certified fundraising executive (CFRE) credential and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), as well as the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP).

Ms. Pixley holds a bachelor of science degree in managing communications from Southern Connecticut State University and a master of fine arts in theatre management from Wayne State University.

Founded in 2016 through a $250 million gift from Silicon Valley entrepreneur and philanthropist Sean Parker, the San Francisco-based nonprofit is an unprecedented collaboration between the country's leading immunotherapy researchers and cancer centers, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Stanford Medicine, the University of California, Los Angeles, the University of California, San Francisco, the University of Pennsylvania and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
