Rachel Fisher

Rachel Fisher has a diverse background in caregiving and social work, with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Since February 2019, Rachel has served as a Host Home Caregiver at Parker Personal Care Homes. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Post Acute Rehab Discharge Planner and Social Worker at Highline Rehabilitation Skilled Nursing from February 2016 to July 2020, and as a Certified Nursing Assistant at VIVAGE from February 2011 to February 2016. Rachel’s earlier experience includes serving as a Child Protection Social Worker at the Denver Department of Public Health and Environment and as an Activities Director at Kindred Healthcare. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
