Charles Raynal

Charles Raynal is a Partner at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, with experience in complex business litigation and a focus on representing business clients in various federal and state court cases, as well as arbitration proceedings. Possessing particular expertise in corporate and shareholder litigation, Charles represents companies and their directors and officers in cases involving alleged violations of securities laws. Prior to this role, Charles served as an Associate at King & Spalding, LLP from 2000 to 2003. Charles holds a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Davidson College, along with study abroad experience at St. Catherine's College, Oxford University.
