Ellen Smith

Ellen Smith is a Partner at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since July 2018, specializing in Land Use and Zoning, Landlord and Tenant representation, Commercial Real Estate Transactions, and Telecommunications. With significant experience in leadership roles, Smith served as President of CREW Atlanta in 2022 and held various board positions, including Executive Committee Member of the Council for Quality Growth and Board Member of the Cobb County Public Library Foundation. Prior to current positions, Smith was a Partner at Holt Ney Zatcoff & Wasserman, LLP from May 2000 to July 2018.
